  3. We do not claim ownership of any media or content uploaded by businesses for their listings

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, you may notify our copyright agent as set forth in the DMCA. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notification by sending an email to dmca@tennesseeweddingvenues.com that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Tennessee if your address is outside the United States)
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement

Please include “DMCA Counter-Notification” in the subject line of your email.

OUR RESPONSE PROCESS

Upon receiving a compliant DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
  2. Notify the affected user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
  3. Document each DMCA notice and our response to maintain compliance records
  4. For repeated infringers, we may terminate their access to our service

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will:

  1. Provide the original complainant with a copy of the counter-notice
  2. Inform them that we will restore the removed material in 10 business days
  3. Restore the removed material after 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that the copyright owner has filed a legal action

REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We define a repeat infringer as a user who has been the subject of more than two (2) verified DMCA complaints.

FALSE CLAIMS

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
